Whether you are sick of religion, feeling lost or hopeless, curious about Jesus, seeking life's answers or long to be a part of a community who are passionate about turning Utah upside for Jesus...you are welcome here.
When you walk through the doors of Harvest Bible Chapel, our hope is that you feel like you’re a part of the family. Our ultimate desire is to cultivate an uncommon community where we welcome without judgment, love without condition and forgive without limit. THIS IS WHAT WE DO!
You will soon discover we are a messy and diverse, but thirsty community going after God. God wrote a book and we are hungry to know Him by taking Him at His Word. We take all of our questions and experiences to the Bible, discovering God has answers and hope for it all.
We passionately worship King Jesus. We are convinced worship is a war for our mind’s attention, heart’s affections, and life’s allegiance. We seek to draw people’s hearts vertical, right up to heaven itself, touring God’s greatness from start to finish. We are changed when we encounter God.
You will see a happy marriage between freedom in worship and deep time in the Word together. You will find people who are seeking Jesus and to be transformed by Him, not playing church. You will experience a culture of dependence on God: believing in fervent, faith-filled, persistent, expectant prayer. You will watch as this church leaves the gathering fired up to change the community around them through the power of the Spirit of God.
The mission of Harvest Bible Chapel is to glorify God through the fulfillment of the Great Commission. Bottom Line: To make multiplying disciples.
Our allegiance to this God-sized mission is the foundation of every Harvest ministry. From the worship gathering to Young Adults and Students to Harvest Kids to Small Groups to Biblical Soul Care, our passion is to make multiplying disciples of Jesus.
Harvest Bible Chapel in Ogden was launched in September of 2017 after years of prayer and preparation by 16 men and women committed to planting a life-giving, vertical church in this city. Harvest is part of a family of vertical churches called the Vertical Church Network. We have meeting in the Living Scriptures building on the corner of Harrison & 36th since the very beginning.
